    Haiti 1914, thirteen stamps from unissued 1914 stamps (complete set of ten plus three added values) that were never placed in use due to theft, see note in Scott after #218, American Bank Note Co. "SPECIMEN" overprints and the usual small punched hole cancel, from the ABN Co. dispersal sale in 1990 (Scott no.). The stamps are o.g. NH.
